This study is called Comprehensive Office Support Solutions: Promoting Ethical Practices to Improve Workplace Efficiency and Accountability in Parañaque City Hall. This study shows how Comprehensive Office Support Solutions are changing the way government workers do their jobs we want to see if workers do their tasks properly. We also want to know if office systems are working well. We used a quantitative research method. We looked at things, like honesty and fairness. We checked if workers do tasks in a way and do a good job. We focused on Comprehensive Office Support Solutions and its effects We also looked at how people manage their time and the quality of their work. We got information from employees who work in parts of Parañaque City Hall. We found out is that when people follow practices and use good systems they can work faster and do a better job. This also helps people become more responsible. The results also show that Comprehensive Office Support Solutions improves the way work is done. It helps build trust with the people improves the service and creates a place where everyone’s honest and open, about what they do. Comprehensive Office Support Solutions is important because it helps make the workplace better.
